We are thrilled to announce Into The Shadow 4.0, our very own homegrown festival celebrating the almighty Riff! The saga continues, so get ready for an early start of your festivalseason. Three days of stoner, desert, space, acid, kraut, doom, post and heavy psychedelic rock. Thursday we ignite our mission into space with three kick-ass bands of which one is a truely unique collaboration. Friday and Saturday we will be guided through the Galaxy by an eclectic mix of bands that are way out there

APEX TEN is a Space Rock, Desert/Stoner and Psychedelic band from Liège (Belgium). Mainly instrumental and based on improvisation, the trio offers a unique experience at every concert. Their latest album “Aashray” has received international critical acclaim. The band has also performed extensively in Belgium, France and the Netherlands, and their landmark performance at DESERTFEST 2023 in Antwerp is still ringing in our ears. Fans of Electric Moon, Colour Haze, Kyuss, Sungrazer or Hawkwind will quickly find their mark as Apex Ten develop their spacey, trippy and contemplative atmospheres.

The Dutch Desert-rockers of DRIVE BY WIRE offer you an intriguing and unique mixture of fuzz-laiden heavy stonerrock grooves accompanied by the trippy, hazy vocals of charismatic frontlady Simone Holsbeek. “Time Horizon” is the bands 5th album and the follow up from the release of the highly acclaimed last album “Spellbound” (2018) that was very well received by both press and fans. Soon after that release the pandamic hit the world and the band took some time off. After being active since 2006 and non-stop recording and touring they decided it was time for a hiatus… until early 2023 when the band retreated to a cabin in the woods. They set up their gear and just started jamming between the trees and under the stars. The result is this wonderful, spontanius and mesmerizing new album. Very unpolished, raw, pure and with organic vibes.

8 solid songs that take you to a world outside, on a a trip through 70′s hardrock and psychedelica. Drive By Wire manages to distill these inspirations into a warm organic sound full of hypnotic heaviness (Kyuss), and psychedelic echoes of the 70’s (Jefferson Airplane, Heart) incl. some jazzy and bluesy vibes, and with the urgency of 90′s grunge.

🔥 Kozmotron 🇧🇪 with special guest Sula Bassana 🇩🇪
KOZMOTRON is a Belgian spacerock band on a mission since earth year 2013. The sonic starcruiser Kozmotron was groovily truckin along on its voyage beyond event horizon. It was just passing by an obscure body in the SK system, referred to by the inhabitants as planet “Earth”, when for reasons unknown, the ship’s diatonic propulsion unit suffered catastrophic failure. The kozmonauts found themselves stranded on a weird blue planet, without any means of phoning home. Kozmotron’s releases are of alien proportions and their gigs easily go beyond earthly dimensions of time. Support your local alien underground!

Kozmotron joins forces with a very special guest, Berlin born (in 1968) multiinstrumentalist Dave Schmidt, aka SULA BASSANA. One of the leading persons in the european psychedelic-, spacerock- and neo-krautrock-scene. He released several albums under his moniker Sula Bassana, plus a lot of records with his ex band Electric Moon, as well as his other projects Zone Six, Interkosmos and Krautzone. He also jammed on stage with the following bands and musicians: Gas Giant, Circle, Nik Turner, Huw Lloyd Langton, Damo Suzuki, Keiji Miashita, The Movements, Electric Orange, Niagaragain, Spheric Lounge, Annot Rhul and members of Seid, Marburg Stoner Collective.

Together they wil create the ultimate trip Into The Shadow and will leave us stargazing and barking at the mooooooonnnnn.
